Microsoft Israel R&D GM on the hi-tech manpower shortage: “The government needs to appoint a Czar who’ll bring back hi-tech employees from abroad”

Michal Braverman-Blumenstyk, Microsoft Israel R&D GM, calls the government to establish an orderly plan to bring back Israeli hi-tech employees from abroad, and to appoint a Czar for this mission, just as a Covid Czar was appointed. According to Braverman-Blumenstyk, if only 10% of employees come back, the immediate distress of recruiting hi-tech workers will be solved.
