Nearly 80 years after its last visit in an Arab country The Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra performed in Abu Dhabi
We had the honor to accompany the orchestra in a historic concert in the Emirates Palace Auditorium, as an initiative of the UAE Ministry of Culture and Youth and with the participance of his Highness Sheikh Abdulla bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Noura Al Kaabi, UAE Minister of Culture and Youth and Israel’s First Lady, Michal Herzog. An especially emotional moment was recorded as the Israeli Anthem was played by the orchestra.
