The Israeli company Canditech, which just announced that it raised $9M in a Seed round led by Insight Partners, believes that work-sample tests are the best way to hire better people, faster, and diversify the workforce within organizations. The company’s technology gives candidates a fair chance to showcase their skills, in simulations that are tailor-made for any position in the company. Candidates also get a glimpse at the company, while experiencing day-to-day work scenarios of their future role.
